Meet the Bakers

Our dedicated and talented bakers come in at 3am to bake all of our delicious goodies fresh from scratch every morning. The fresh, warm, baked bread scent wafts through the bakery, you can hear the crackle of crust and see the rising of the loaves in the oven. "Le pain qui chante," French for “bread that sings”, is the perfect description of our bakery in the early hours of the morning.
